PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT) 1990

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the District of West Lancashire has conducted a review of Top Locks Conservation Area and has determined that the boundary should be varied under section 70(8) of the above Act. The Council will vary the Top Locks Conservation Area boundary by including the following area: the land immediately to the north of 3 to 10 Top Locks (Grid Ref SD 4507 1155). Plans showing the new boundary for Top Locks Conservation Area may be inspected, during normal office hours, at West Lancashire District Council, Planning and Development Services, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk L39 2DF.
