TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The City of London hereby gives notice that it has made an Order entitled the Stopping-Up of Highways (City of London) (No 4) Order 2006, under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of highway at Throgmorton Street and Old Broad Street, London EC2. Copies of the Order and relevant plan may be inspected between the hours of 9.15 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday at the offices of the City of London, Aldermanbury, London EC2P 2EJ, or may be obtained, free of charge, by post on application to The City Planning Officer, City of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, quoting Ref PC 527. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 1 August 2006, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
