RINGSLADE PLASTICS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Ringslade Plastics Limited will be held at Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9SH, on 31 August 2006, at 10.15 am. A Final Meeting of the Company’s Creditors will follow immediately thereafter. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and for hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The release of the Liquidator along with the manner in which the related books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of will also be determined. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9SH, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
