NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBMARINE PIPELINE

WORKS AUTHORISATION

ATP Oil & Gas (UK) Limited hereby gives notice, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Act 1998, that it has made an application to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the Wenlock Platform (53 35 19.83 N, 217 42.73 E) and the Inde 49/23A Platform (53 19 25.06 N, 02 34 29.75 E). A map delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected, free of charge, at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice. Pursuant to a direction of the Secretary of State, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing and addressed to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry at the Department of Trade and Industry, ERDU-LED, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen AB11 6AR (marked FAO Mrs Chris Kelly, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 22 August 2006, and should bear the Ref RDBC/001/00278C, and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
