A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 271-273 Linthorpe Road, Middlesborough, Cleveland TS1 4AS, presented on 31 May 2006, by Fuji Photo Film U.K. Ltd of Fuji Film House, 125 Finchley Road, London NW3 6JH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BE, on 1 August 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
