The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 9518 of The London Gazette dated 12 July 2006:

CLEARWATER CONTRACTS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. The Creditors of the liquidation are required, on or before 31 July 2006, by 12.00 noon, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, K B Stout, of KSA, 228 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6PJ, and produce such documentary or other evidence in support of their claim as may be required by the Liquidator. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First and Final Dividend declared before he has proved. It is intended to declare the Dividend within 4 months from the last date of proving. K B Stout, Liquidator 6 July 2006.
