Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, London N20 9YU, on Friday 1 September 2006, at 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and receiving a report from the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, London N20 9YU, by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings.
