Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 30 June 2006, MLIM Private Equity Holdings III, LLC, transferred to Vesey Street Employee Fund III, L.P)., Vesey Street Employee Fund III (B), L.P., Vesey Street Fund III (ERISA), L.P., Passage III Englsih-Irish Holdings Ltd, DivPEP III A-L English-Irish Holdings Ltd, part of the interest held by it in PAI Europe IV-A (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP009990 and that with effect from 30 June 2006, Vesey Street Employee Fund III, L.P., Vesey Street Employee Fund III (B), L.P., Vesey Street Fund III (ERISA), L.P., Passage III English-Irish Holdings Ltd, DivPEP III A-L English-Irish Holdings Ltd became Limited Partners in the Partnership.
