BOLLINGTON AND KERRIDGE CONSERVATION AREA—VARIATION
Notice is hereby given that the Macclesfield Borough Council in pursuance of its powers under section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, has varied the boundary of the Bolllington and Kerridge Conservation Area. The boundary of the Bollington and Kerridge Conservation Area has been varied to include the curtilages of: 52, 54 and 58 Sugar Lane, Rainow. 61, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, 85, 87, 91 and 93 Ingersley Road; Poachers Inn (95) Ingersley Road; Sowcar Farm, Ingersley Road and 3 and 5 Mill Lane. Endon Hall North, Oak Lane; Endon Hall South, Oak Lane; Endon Hall West, Oak Lane; Endon Hall Farmhouse, Oak Lane; Endon Hall Farm, Oak Lane; 1, 2 and 3 Endon Hall Mews, Oak Lane, and 4, 6 and 8 Windmill Lane. The Conservation Area has been extended because the included areas are of special architectural or historic interest, the character and appearance of which it is desirable to preserve and enhance.
