ACQUISITION OF THE GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTICE AT THE BRUNSWICK MEDICAL CENTRE

Dr Taik Chuah acquired from Dr P J Skolar, with effect from close of business on 30 June 2006, the business of General Medical Practice carried on by Dr Skolar, from The Brunswick Medical Centre, 39 The Brunswick Centre, London WC1A 1AF. Dr Skolar remains responsible for discharging all liabilities, debts and obligations of that business incurred or arising in the period up to the close of business on 30 June 2006 and any enquiries concerning the same should be addressed to Dr Skolar.
