NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991
NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL ROADWORKS

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 58 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Cheltenham Borough Council, acting as agents for Gloucestershire County Council (“the Highways Authority”), intend to carry out substantial road resurfacing work in the following roads:

Bath Road, Cheltenham 394552,220998 394784,221435
Between Norwood Roundabout and Thirlestaine Road
It is intended that the works will commence on 8 October 2006 and subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulation made thereunder, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months following completion of the works described above without the consent of Cheltenham Borough Council.
