LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (AMENDMENT NO 3) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under the powers granted by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Amendment No 3) Order 2006, will be to: amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) Order 2005 so as to: (a) designate further free parking places for vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s blue badge at the locations set out in Schedule 1 to this notice; (b) revoke the disabled person’s free parking places located outside No 32 Wingate Road and in Wardo Avenue, adjacent to the north-western boundary of No 335 Fulham Palace Road; (c) make minor changes to the wording of Article 12 which relates to the removal of vehicles from parking places. 3. A copy of the above proposed Order and of the Order being amended, together with other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected at the offices of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as detailed below, during normal office hours until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order or make other representations should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations, stating the grounds of their objection to the Network Management Group, The Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith W6 9JU, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
