Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2DH, on 11 August 2006, at 10.10 am, so to give an account of how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
