THE A40 TRUNK ROAD (WITHYBUSH, HAVERFORDWEST, PEMBROKESHIRE) (40 MPH AND 50 MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Enterprise, Innovation and Networks, acting on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales, has made an Order under section 84 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into force on 10 July 2006. The effect of the Order is to impose a 40 mph and 50 mph speed limit in those lengths of the A40 London to Fishguard Trunk Road at Withybush, Haverfordwest in the County of Pembrokeshire specified in the Schedules to this notice. During a period of 6 weeks from 5 July 2006, a copy of the Order, and relevant plan, may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours at Haverfordwest Post Office, 12 Quay Street, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, or may be obtained, free of charge, from the address below quoting Ref CZ 510-02-02-0092. Schedule 1 (40 mph) (i) That length of trunk road which extends from a point 218 metres south of its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout to its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout; (ii) That length of trunk road which extends from its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout to a point 103 metres north of its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout; That length of trunk road which extends from its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout to a point 116 metres south east of its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout; That length of trunk road which forms the complete circulatory carriageway of the Withybush Road Roundabout. Schedule 2 (50 mph) That length of trunk road which extends from a point 103 metres north of its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout to a point 646 metres north of its junction with Withybush Road Roundabout.
