For the purpose of: receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up; and determining whether the Liquidator should be released under section 174 of the Insolvency Act. The Meeting will be held at 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA, on 28 July 2006, at 11.00 am.
