PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 17 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION CONTROL (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2000
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that CWM Environmental Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a substantial change to the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit to operate a Landfill Site at Nantycaws Landfill Site, Llanddarog Road, Nantycaws, Carmarthen SA32 8BG, in the borough of Carmarthenshire Borough County Council, in the county of Carmarthen. Information relating to the above IPPC application for a substantial change to the permit to operate the Nantycaws Landfill is held in registers at the following locations: Environment Agency Office, Maes Newydd, Llandarcy, Neath, Port Talbot SA10 6JQ; and Mr R D Evans, Public Health Services Manager, Environmental Health and Public Protection, Carmarthenshire County Borough Council, 3 Spilman Street, Carmarthen SA31 1LE. Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above-stated addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the cost of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the address below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice. Environment Agency Office, Maes Newydd, Llandarcy, Neath, Port Talbot SA10 6JQ. Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
