(t/a Halifax Doors & Windows) (Company Number 04413276) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at XL Business Solutions, 1st Floor, 2-4 Market Street, Cleckheaton BD19 5AJ, on 27 June 2006, at 10.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that J N Bleazard, of XL Business Solutions Ltd, 1st Floor, 2-4 Market Street, Cleckheaton BD19 5AJ, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” L Keane, Chairman
