Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Keith Edward Oliver, Julia Maura Balfour-Lynn, Joanne Elisabeth Rickards, Sarah Gabriel, Claire Helen Lipworth, Helen McDowell, Elizabeth Robertson, Jonathan Tickner, Steven McCann, Michael O’Kane, Chaytanand Anand Doobay and Anthony Edward Jonathan Lewis and Louise Mary Delahunty carrying on business as Solicitors, at 2 Harewood Place, Hanover Square, London W1S 1BX, under the style or firm name of Peters & Peters has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 14 June 2006, so far as concerns Louise Mary Delahunty, who retired from the firm as a Partner. All debts due to and owing by the said former firm will be received and paid by the continuing Partners, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Peters & Peters.
