Notice of Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a Third and Final Dividend to the Creditors in this matter within 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors who have not done so should lodge their proofs of debt with the Liquidator, at Baker Tilly, Elgar House, Holmer Road, Hereford HR4 9SF, no later than 1 August 2006. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend. The Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the last date for proving.
