THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (PARKING PLACES, ZONE W) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order would be to re-impose the pay and display/permit holder parking places that lie: (a) on the north-east side of Rylston Road: (i) between Lillie Road and Hugh Dalton Avenue and outside No 2 Hugh Dalton Avenue and No 1 Rylston Road; and (ii) outside Nos 15 to 49 (odd numbers) Rylston Road; and (b) on the south-west side of Rylston Road, outside Nos 68 to 84 (even numbers) Rylston Road and No 1 Sherbrooke Road. so that the Order more accurately reflects the parking places as they apply on the ground. There would be no change to the way the parking places currently operate. 3. A copy of the proposed Order and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the offices of: Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith W6 9JU. 4.  All objections and other representations relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should be sent to Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith W6 9JU, by 17 July 2006.
