Notice is hereby given that Deed Polls dated 15 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 June 2006, JESSICA ONN YEE KWOK, formerly known as Onn Yee Kwok and THOMAS WAI SIEW KWOK, formerly known as Wai Siew Kwok, who reside at 36 Applecroft Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire AL8 6LA, are married and both a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Onn Yee Kwok and Wai Siew Kwok and assumed the name of Jessica Onn Yee Kwok and Thomas Wai Siew Kwok. 7 June 2006.
