CHARMSET LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Charmset Limited will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, 12 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley RH10 6AD, on 17 July 2006, at 10.00 am for Members and 10.15 am for Creditors for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to consider whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Baker Tilly, 12 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley RH10 6AD, no later than 12.00 noon on the last business day falling before the day of the Meeting.
