MANOR ROAD AND NUNNS ROAD—“AT ANY TIME” WAITING RESTRICTIONS
THE BOURNE—REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN RESIDENTS AND SHARED-USE PARKING PLACES (SOUTHGATE CPZ) BY “11.00 AM-12.00 NOON” WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield on 5 June 2006 made the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No 7) Order 2006, the Enfield (Residents’ Parking Places) (Southgate) (Special Parking Area) (Revocation No 1) Order 2006 and the Enfield (Shared-Use Parking Places) (Southgate) (Special Parking Area) (Revocation No 1) Order 2006 under sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to: (a) introduce new waiting restrictions in parts of Manor Road and Nunns Road [Note: in certain instances existing restrictions which currently operate at different times will be changed to “at any time”]; and (b) revoke the areas of certain residents and shared-use parking places in The Bourne (Southgate CPZ) and replace them with 11.00 am to 12.00 noon on Mondays to Fridays waiting restrictions. 3. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 3 July 2006, and other relevant documents can be inspected at the Reception Desk, “B” Block, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XD, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made. 4. Copies of the Orders may be purchased from Traffic and Transportation, The Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XD. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
