WESTERN ROAD—WAITING AND PARKING MEASURES

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing on 25 May 2006, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to introduce or change existing restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions which will apply at any time in the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this notice.
3. The general effect of the Free Parking Places Order will be to introduce:

(a) limited time free parking places where parking by vehicles between the hours of 8.30 am and 8.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, and 2.00 pm and 6.30 pm on Sundays will be limited to 30 minutes with no return by the same vehicle to the same parking place for a period of one hour in lengths of Albert Road, Leonard Road and Tachbrook Road specified in Schedule 2 to this notice; and
(b) free parking places in the length of Western Road specified in Schedule 3 to this notice where parking by vehicles is permitted without limit on time. Parking will be permitted in these parking places with 2 wheels on the footway.

4. The general effect of the Disabled Parking Order will be to introduce a disabled parking place in Western Road outside No 125.
5. The general effect of the Free Loading Places Order will be to introduce free loading places for the purposes of loading and unloading vehicles in lengths of Albert Road, Derley Road, Leonard Road and Tachbrook Road specified in Schedule 4 to this notice without limit on time.
6. The Orders, which will come into operation on 30 May 2006, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Mouchel Parkman Ltd, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 July 2006.
7. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Schedule 1
Albert Road, the north-east side, between a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Western Road and a point 26 metres south-east of that kerbline.
Tachbrook Road, the north-east side, between a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Western Road and a point 16.40 metres south-east of that kerbline.

Western Road:

(a) the north-west side;

(i) between a point 5 metres north-east of the common boundary of No 99 and 101 Western Road and a point 0.9 metres south-west of a point opposite the party wall of Nos 216 and 218 Western Road;
(ii) between a point 3.6 metres north-east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos 234 and 236 Western Road and a point 1.4 metres north-east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos 234 and 236 Western Road;
(iii) between a point 2.30 metres north-east of a point opposite the south-western wall of Nos 238 Western Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos 276 and 278 Western Road.

(b) the south-east side;

(i) between a point 5 metres north-east of the common boundary of No 99 and 101 Western Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 115 and 117 Western Road;
(ii) between a point 8.5 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Albert Road and a point 9.3 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Albert Road;
(iii) between a point 1 metre north-east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos 145 and 147 Western Road and a point 5.30 metres south-west of a point opposite that party wall;
(iv) between a point 6 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Leonard Road and a point 8 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Leonard Road;
(v) between a point 5 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Tachbrook Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos 251 and 253 Western Road.

Albert Road, the south-west side, from a point 13 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Western Road south-eastwards for a distance of 13.5 metres.
Leonard Road, the south-west side, from a point 12 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Western Road south-eastwards for a distance of 9 metres.
