THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 273) ORDER 2006

WYNDHAM ROAD

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council on 18 May 2006, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions applying during school term times between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and between 3.00 pm and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays in Wyndham Road on the north-west side, between a point 4.8 metres north-east of the common boundary of Nos 46 and 48 Wyndham Road and a point 12.8 metres north-east of that common boundary.
3. The Order, which will come into operation on 22 May 2006, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 29 June 2006.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 29 June 2006.
