THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200

PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BOLLO LANE/ROSLIN ROAD W3 AND HORN LANE

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the lengths of Bollo Lane, Horn Lane and Roslin Road specified in the Schedule to this notice. 3. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman Ltd, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London, W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Parkman, telephone number 020 8326 3011. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP quoting reference 775294/ORD 3292/djc until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. Schedule Bollo Lane: (a) the north-east side, between a point 20 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Roslin Road and a point 20 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Roslin Road; (b) the south-west side, between a point 20 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Roslin Road and a point 18 metres south-east of that kerbline; Horn Lane: (a) the north-west side, between a point 24 metres south-west of the southern kerbline of Shalimar Gardens and a point 7 metres south-west of that kerbline; (b) the south-east side, between a point a point 7.8 metres north-east of the northern kerbline of Acacia Road and a point 13.8 metres north-east of that kerbline.
