Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 5th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, on 14 June 2006, at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any persons entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor.
