A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, together with a summary of receipts and payments, to determine that the Liquidator be released from office under section 174 in Chapter VII of this part, and authorise the Liquidator to destroy the books and records of the Company 12 months after his release from office. The Meeting will be held at Marshall Peters, Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Lancashire PR7 5PA, on 31 May 2006, at 11.00 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 30 May 2006, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
