THE CARDIFF TO GLAN CONWY TRUNK ROAD (A470) (LLANRWST TO HAFOD IMPROVEMENT, SIDE ROADS) ORDER 200
Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Enterprise, Innovation and Networks, acting on behalf of The National Assembly for Wales proposes to make an Order under sections 14, 125 and 268 of the Highways Act 1980, which will authorise it: (i) to improve highways; (ii) to stop up highways or areas of highways; (iii) to stop up private means of access to premises; and (iv) to provide new means of access to premises. all in the vicinity of the route of the Cardiff-Glan Conwy Trunk Road (A470) from Llanrwst to Hafod in the County Borough of Conwy. Copies of the draft Order and of the relevant map may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 4 May 2006 to 15 June 2006, or within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, whichever period shall expire later, at the following venues: Welsh Assembly Government, Transport Wales, Orders Branch, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ; Welsh Assembly Government, Transport Wales, Government Buildings, Dinerth Road, Colwyn Bay LL28 4UL; Llanrwst Library, Plas-yn-Dre, Station Road, Llanrwst LL26 0DF. Any person may, not later than 15 June 2006 or within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, if such period shall expire later, object to the making of the Order by notice to the National Assembly for Wales, Transport Wales, Orders Branch, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ, quoting Ref BZ 001058-311-0001 and stating the grounds of objection. In the preparation of an objection and the statement of grounds of objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection or representation may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
