Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of The Hop Farm Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited, No 1 Bishops Wharf, Walnut Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4RA, on 30 May 2006, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and of receiving a report of the Liquidators showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. Proxies to be used at the Meeting may be lodged with the Liquidators, at the above address, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting.
