THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200 

WESTERN ROAD PROPOSED ADDITIONAL LENGTH OF WAITING RESTRICTION

1. Notice is hereby given, that the London Borough of Ealing propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be, in connection with the previously advertised waiting restrictions for Western Road, to introduce additional double yellow line waiting restrictions which would apply at any time in Western Road in the length on the north-east side which lies between a point 5 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Tachbrook Road and a point opposite the party wall Nos 187 and 189 Western Road. 3. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman Ltd, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Parkman on 020 8326 3016. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman Ltd, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref 775152/ORD 3278A/djc until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
