NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT A LOCAL PLAN

BOROUGH OF REDDITCH LOCAL PLAN NO 3

The local inquiry into this Plan has been held and the report of the person holding the inquiry has been considered by Redditch Borough Council, which proposes to adopt the Plan having made modifications to it in accordance with the recommendations of the person holding the inquiry. Copies of the Plan, the report of the person who held the local inquiry and a list of the proposed modifications are available for inspection at the Town Hall (Planning Reception), Alcester Street, Redditch, Worcestershire (and also at Batchley, Winyates and Woodrow One-Stop Shops), from 28 April 2006 until 30 May 2006 (inclusive), between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Fridays (excluding Monday 29 May 2006). Also available at Redditch Library, Woodrow Library and Mobile Library. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals Redditch Borough Council intends to adopt the Plan on or after 30 May 2006.
