At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 26 South St Mary’s Gate, Grimsby DN31 1LW, on 5 April 2006, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alec David Pillmoor and Adrian David Allen, of Baker Tilly, Wilberforce Court, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 1YH and 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds LS1 4HG, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.” T M Strawson, Chairman
