TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Council of the London Borough of Southwark hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled The London Borough of Southwark (Stopping-up of Highways) (No 3 Aylesbury Estate) Order 2006, to authorise the stopping-up of the following areas of public highway:

The areas of public highway to be stopped up are:

(a) the high level walkway between the Day Centre and Bradenham;
(b) the footpath at the rear of No 26 Bradenham; and
(c) part of the footway north of Boyson Road between Red Lion Row and Westmoreland Road.

If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under part 111 of the Act to Southwark Council by the council of the London Borough of Southwark on 18 January 2006 under Ref LBS Reg No 05-CO-0161.
Copies of the draft Order and the relevant plans may be inspected at all reasonable hours during 28 days commencing on 27 April 2006 at the offices of the council’s Environment and Leisure Department, One Stop Services, Street Scene, 151 Walworth Road, London SE17 1RY.
Any person may object to the making of the proposed Order within the period of 28 days commencing on 27 April 2006 by notice to the Borough Solicitor, South House, 30-32 Peckham Road, London SE5 8PX, quoting Ref LEG/RP/117616/AGA.
In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
