(Company Number 4542129) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3AF, on Friday 26 May 2006, at 11.00 am followed at 11.15 am, by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period ended 22 April 2006; hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, approving Liquidators’ remuneration on account on a time cost basis and disbursements as detailed in the final report, and approving the Liquidator’s release from office.
