Notice is hereby given in pursuance of sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a combined Annual General and Final Meeting of the above Company will be held at Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA, on 26 May 2006, at 3.30 pm, to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following Resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: that the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved, and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.
