NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Davies Homes Ltd for consent to discharge 54 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent under storm or emergency conditions to the unnamed tributary of the Nant Erin at National Grid Ref SS 99748 87945 from Davies Homes Residential Development, Former Boot Hill Filling Station Site, Gilfach Road, Tonyrefail. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to: Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 6 June 2006, quoting Ref SE/CUST/SP/AN0392701.
