NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council for consent to discharge 3.63* cubic metres per day (+a rainfall related discharge) of *groundwater containing elevated concentration of iron +surface water draining an area of playing fields and public footpath to the Nant yr Arian at National Grid Ref ST 08736 86078 from Central Park, Church Village, Pontypridd CF38 1RJ.
