Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general nature and effect of the (Car Club) Order will be to amend the existing parking bay layout to convert pay and display parking spaces to provide car club spaces in Iverson Road; Belsize Road and convert existing single yellow line to provide car club spaces in Albany Street; Croftdown Road; Lower Terrace; Gloucester Avenue; Woodsome Road; Parker Street; Tavistock Square; Grays Inn Road; Pratt Street; Mornington Crescent; Eton Road; Loveridge Road; Boundary Road. The general nature and effect of the (Disabled) Orders will be to convert resident spaces and introduce a designated persons’ parking place in Lupton Street, Agar Grove, Inglewood Road, Canfield Gardens, Cleve Road, Rochester Square, Fitzjohns Avenue; Leybourne Street; Lisburne Road; Kingsgate Road, Dalby Street and replace resident spaces for bays in Fordwych Road, St Albans Road, Harmood Street, Belmont Street, Elm Street, Glenloch Road, and Parkhill Road. A copy of the proposed Orders and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and any Orders which have previously amended or applied to that Order may be inspected/obtained, during office hours at the Environment Reception Desk, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to object or make representations to the proposed Order/s, should send a statement in writing, stating the grounds thereof of any objection to the Director of Culture and Environment Directorate, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach this department by 12 May 2006 within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
