NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

1. In this notice the following shall apply: Company Name: HAPPYTASTE LIMITED Company Number: 03258155. Date of Incorporation: 2 October 1996. Date of Dissolution: 20 April 2004. Title: Leasehold. Title Number: Unregistered. Lease: A lease dated 18 June 1998 and made between (1) Guy’s Hospital Nominees and (2) the Company (therein known as Happy Taste Limited trading as Fern Park Health & Leisure). Property: The property situated at Barbauld House, Bridge Street, Warrington, Cheshire being the land comprised in and demised the above-mentioned lease. Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX 123240 Kingsway). 2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to her notice on 10 April 2006.
