(Company Number 04342671) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 11 Brecon Rise, Pant, Merthyr Tydfil CF48 2BW, on 6 April 2006, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Glyn Mummery of Vantis Redhead French, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” J C Walker, Chairman
