Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, Chiltern House, 24-30 King Street, Watford WD18 0BP, on Tuesday 16 May 2006, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such a proxy need not also be a Member.
