Any person who thinks they have an unsatisfied claim in either of the liquidations must submit and prove that claim to the Joint Liquidators by close of business on 31 May 2006. In accordance with Rule 4.182A(5) Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that we may thereafter distribute the funds of the respective Companies without regard to the claim of any debt not yet submitted or proved.
