THE BARNET (COLINDALE) (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO 1) (AMENDMENT NO 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 13 April 2006 the above-mentioned Order under section 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. As part of a local safety scheme on Colindale Avenue NW9, where a Zebra Crossing will be installed two new free parking places partially on the footway will be introduced on the north-west side between Nos. 35 and 45 and Nos. 49 and 55 in Colindale Avenue NW9. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Tuesday 18th April 2006, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Parking Design Team, Building 4 North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP; and (b) The Information Centre, The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
