NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Lorna Redford for consent to discharge 1.2 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the River Axe at National Grid Ref ST 3205 0313 from Tytherleigh Green, Tytherleigh, Axminster, Devon. Proposed discharge: The proposal is to install a package treatment plant to treat the sewage effluent from Tytherleigh Green, a single domestic dwelling. The treated effluent will be discharged to a tributary of the River Axe. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Suzanne Haworth, Regulatory Officer (Water Quality), The Environment Agency, Exminster House, Miller Way, Exminster, Devon EX6 8AS, not later than 17 May 2006, quoting Ref 203681. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
