ALPHA ROAD, DUCK LEES LANE EAST, JEFFREYS ROAD, MORSON ROAD AND NORTHAMPTON ROAD—NEW “AT ANY TIME” WAITING RESTRICTIONS AT JUNCTIONS

Further information may be obtained from Traffic and Transportation Services, telephone No 020-8379 3553. 1. Notice is hereby given that the public notice of making of The Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No 4) Order 2006, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which was published on 29 March 2006, contained references to the imposition of new “at any time” waiting restrictions in Manor Road and Nunns Road as well as the roads mentioned in the heading to this notice. 2. The Council hereby give further notice that because there are outstanding objections to such restrictions being implemented in Manor Road and Nunns Road, they have deferred a decision for the time being on this aspect until such time as those objections have been resolved. Therefore the traffic management order referred to in paragraph 1 did not introduce any new restrictions in Manor Road and Nunns Road.
