Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14 February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 February 2006, Karrey Michelle Dennett, of 40 Bailey Crescent, Poole, Dorset BH15 3HA, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said OLIVIA GRACE DENNETT who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Olivia Dennett and assumed the name of Olivia Grace Dennett. 14 February 2006.
