Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Valentine & Co, 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, on Thursday 27 April 2006, at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.15 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding-ups have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidator shall be disposed of. Please take notice that Resolutions proposed at the Final Meetings of Creditors may include a Resolution or Resolutions agreeing the level of the Liquidator or Liquidator’s remuneration. In accordance with Rule 4.186(b) and Rule 11.7(b) of the Insolvency Rules, I confirm that no Dividend will be made in relation to either of the Liquidations. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding working day.
