ELGIN AVENUE/ASHWORTH ROAD
INTRODUCTION OF “AT ANY TIME” WAITING RESTRICTIONS

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council propose to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions across the junction of Elgin Avenue and Ashworth Road. 3. The proposed Order, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone (020) 7798 1975. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 5117/GM, by 14 April 2006.
