NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Robert Wiseman and Sons Ltd, for a consent to discharge 850 cubic metres per day of treated dairy wash water to Huntworth Rhyne at National Grid Ref ST 30436 34195 from The Regional Rural Business Centre, Junction 24/M5, Bridgwater. Proposed discharge : This application is to provide treatment to dairy wash down water via a Dissolved Air Floatation plant (DAF) and then a Submerged Aerated Filter (SAF). Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Team Leader Regulatory Water Quality, the Environment Agency, Rivers House, East Quay, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 4YS.
